Verzbicas Injured in bike crash
Former Oregon Duck and sub-4 high school miler Lukas Verzbicas, is in intensive care after a bike crash left him with blood in the lungs and a broken collar bone. His mother also commented that he will need surgery on his back.
The former high school phenom left the Oregon program to train for triathlon full time at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The accident happened outside of Colorado Springs.
