The women's 3k, men's mile, and men's 3k highlight the action from the Dempsey this weekend



This weekend the University of Washington's Dempsey Indoor Facility will once again play host to packed fields of elite runners at the Washington Invitational. Along with the MPSF Conference Championships meet, Washington also hosts three elite meets during the indoor season. Flotrack returns to Seattle, WA, where we will be streaming live every race on both Friday and Saturday, January 31 - February 1.

There are three premier races this weekend. The UW meet directors always do an excellent job of ensuring that the heats are fair and the best athletes get the best competition to hopefully solidify their spot at their respective national championships (NCAA or USAs).
