Two-time Olympic pole vault champion Yelena Isinbayeva has returned to training after giving birth to a dughter in June. The World Record Holder posted a photo on Instagram indicating she will not defend her World Championship title at the 2015 championships in Beijing.

"Now I'm totally busy with my daughter and family and doing only light exercises. Going into full training will begin no earlier than June 2015. The main goal for us is the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in 2016," Isinbayeva wrote on Instagram.

Isinbayeva's career has been filled with success as she's collected two gold medals at the Olympics and three at the IAAF World Championships. Since 2005, only Polish pole caulter Anna Rogowska has captured a gold medal at the World Championships in 2009 aside from Isinbayeva. The Russian did not record a height in Berlin.

In 2014, Isinbayeva was a torch bearer for the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
