Hasay & Cain's Best Race/Workout Combo of Their Life
After racing the mile at the Boston University Terrier Invitational, Jordan Hasay and Mary Cain went to Harvard’s indoor track to run one of the best post race workouts of their life. Hasay ran a 4:28 mile and hit the track for a four mile tempo at 5:30 pace, and Cain raced a 4:24 mile before completing a three mile tempo at 5:30 pace. Both closed the workout with a 600m, 400m, 300m, and 200m cut down.
