1. Leah O’Connor, fresh off her fourth-straight Big Ten steeplechase title on Saturday evening, won the 1500m (4:14.19) and 5000m (16:03.98) on the final day of competition in East Lansing, Mich. The Spartans took home the women’s team title.

2. The USC Trojans ladies showcased their sprint depth by winning the 4x100m relay at the Pac-12 Championships in a new conference record of 43.10, scoring 18 points in the 100H, 19 points in the 400m, 26 points in the 100m, and 34 in the 200m, and won the 4x400m in 3:32.12. Everybody at UCLA noticed:

3. Andre De Grasse of USC made a statement at the Pac-12 Championships, running on the winning 4x100m relay, winning the 100m in 9.97, breaking Ato Bolden’s 35-year-old meet record, and winning the 200 in 20.05, missing Bolden's second record by .05.

4. Defending NCAA 1500m champion Shelby Houlihan of Arizona State broke the Pac-12 meet record in the 1500m by over 2-seconds, winning in 4:11.06, a season best mark and just off her 4:10 PB. She doubled back in the 5000m later, winning in 15:58.45, a new PB.

5. Oregon true freshman Raevyn Rogers won the Pac-12 800m in 2:01.67, dropping her PB by nearly 4 seconds. Her teammate Annie Leblanc finished runner-up in 2:03.77.

6. Oregon's Edward Cheserek won his first (If you can believe it!) Pac-12 5000m title over teammate Eric Jenkins, running 13:45.25. Teammates Will Geoghegan and Jake Leingang finished fifth and sixth, respectively, to launch the Ducks ahead of USC to take the team title.

7. It was a busy day for Oregon's Marcus Chambers, who won the 400m in a 45.21 (a new personal best) and anchored the winning 4x400m to a 3:05.84.

8. Trayvon Bromell repeated as the Big 12 100m Champion in 9.91, a season best for the 2x NCAA Champion (Non wind-legal +3.5) and won the 200m in 20.64.

9. Sandie Raines of Texas stole the show for the Longhorns at the Big 12 Championships. Her victory in the 5000m (and runner-up finish in the 1500m earlier in the day) put Texas ahead of Kansas State heading into the 4x400m, which the Longhorns won and secured the team title.

10. Kirubel Erassa of Oklahoma State won the Big 12 5000m over Texas' Craig Lutz in an easy 14:24.98. It was his second win of the weekend after beating Lutz in the 10,000m Friday evening in 28.50.41.
