Hopefully by now we have all fully recovered from nine mornings and nights of watching the World Championships. It was glorious. While some people would say they've had enough track and field for a while - we can't help but want more.

After the big names and more impressive races went along, we decided to crack open the FloFilms vault and take a look at past episodes with some of the World's best competitors.

Below you'll find seven episodes and full-part series that gives you an inside look at what it takes to become a World Championship runner, and you'll see the amazing obstacles they have overcome to get to where they are today.

7 - THE PROGRAM: Nike Oregon Project | Centro


If you’ve seen the entire series, 'THE PROGRAM: Nike Oregon Project', you’ve seen the very entertaining episode on Matthew Centrowitz and enjoyed it thoroughly. If you haven't seen it, what are you waiting for?

6 - THE PROGRAM: Nike Oregon Project | Galen Rupp

Galen Rupp is a 7x USA Champion in the 10k, and an Olympic Silver Medalist. He placed 5th place in both the 10k and 5k at the World Championships.

He’s not exactly happy about it.

5 - INSIDE: Mexico | Nick Symmonds & Leo Manzano


Leo Manzano
refuses to give up. At age 30, the Olympic Silver Medalist competed in yet another World Championships. In the semi-final round of the 1500m, in an all too familiar race - Leo Manzano out kicked and ran down half the field making it to the Finals where he would ultimately place 10th.

We go INSIDE: Mexico to see how the Lion works, trains and hear how he describes why he won't lose his speed. “It’s the last thing to go.” -- TRAILER

4 - DRIVEN: Ben True



You know that if a kid who once gave up running to become a full-time skier places 6th in the World in the 5k - there’s got to be a great story behind him. Ben True is DRIVEN. And he has that great story. -- TRAILER

He has something to prove. And he believes that American’s can win distance races on the World Stage. Ben True is a 13:02 runner.

3 - DRIVEN: Trayvon Bromell



The Future of American Sprinting is here. Trayvon Bromell’s first World Championship run couldn’t have been scripted any better. Not only did Trayvon come home with a Bronze medal running a 9.92, but he miraculously tied with the reigning NCAA Champion in the 100m and 200m and fellow 20-year-old Andre Degrasse. -- TRAILER

In this DRIVEN series, Trayvon talks about growing up without a father and the struggles he and his mother faced, at one point leaving Trayvon unable to run. We look at what fuels Trayvon to be the best not only in the country but the whole World, the next and last tattoo he has planned, and how fast he thinks he can actually run.

"I'm trying to figure out how fast my body can move. I'm trying to dip up under these 9.8's and get into the 9.7's. Then in the future, hopefully dip up under the 9.7's and get into the 9.6's. And hopefully, a World Record." WATCH NOW!

2 - THE PROGRAM: Nike Oregon Project | The Untold Olympic Story


Mo Farah won double Gold at the 2015 World Championships winning the 10k and 5k without any doubt. That would make for the third time Mo-Bot pulled off the illustrious Championship Double with the other two times coming in 2013 at Daegou and 2012 at the London Olympics.

As the kids would say, Mo messed around and got a triple double.

1 - INSIDE: Kenya | The Fastest City In The World


Kenya may not have left the 2015 World Championships with the most medals, but they did take the biggest and shiniest. -- TRAILER

From the 400m Hurdles to the 3000m Steeplechase - Kenya dominated. The Eastern African country took home Gold medal wins on the men’s side from Nicholas Bett (400mH), David Rudisha (800m), Asbel Kiprop (1500m) and Ezekiel Kemboi (3000m Steeplechase).

On the Women's side they got Gold medal winning runs from Vivian Cheruiyot (10k), as well as Hyvin Jepkemoi (3000m Steeplechase).

When you include the miraculous Javelin win by Julius Yego, that makes for seven Gold medals in 2015.
