The inaugural Stanford Twilight meet, which will be held Friday, April 22, was created to provide another opportunity for collegiate runners to notch NCAA- and Olympic Trials-qualifying marks.

LISTEN TO SEAN MCGORTY TALK ABOUT THE STANFORD TWILIGHT AND OLYMPIC TRIALS.

As Stanford’s Payton Jordan Invitational continues to grow in prestige and popularity, more collegiate runners are being pushed to the slower heats, where they are unable to experience the primetime aspect of the historically record-setting competition. But now that the Stanford Twilight has been added to the schedule nine days before the Payton Jordan, collegiate runners will be able to take advantage of not one, but TWO opportunities to run fast at Cobb Track. ENTRIES | SCHEDULE

If East Coast teams are your fancy, look no further than this Friday and Saturday’s Larry Ellis Invitational hosted by Princeton University. Some of the NCAA's best, a slew of professionals and one very special high schooler will throw down at Weaver Stadium this weekend: Drew Hunter.

We know the face of high school track will run a leg at next weekend’s Penn Relays, but before that happens, Hunter will open up his outdoor season with a 1500m this weekend at Princeton. Last year, Mattew Maton ran 3:42.54 at the Oregon Relays, and Grant Fisher went 3:42.89 at Payton Jordan before becoming the sixth and seventh preps to break 4:00 in the mile. Hunter, the eighth, crossed the 1500m mark in 3:42.83 and 3:41.93 this indoor season en route to breaking four minutes twice. Can he break 3:40 outdoors?

Bromell is back for his first 100m race of 2016, and after winning gold in the 60m at the 2016 World Indoor Championships, the sky is the limit for the young New Balance star.

Last year, eight men dipped under the previous stadium record of 10.48, led by Bromell’s 10.02 (+0.7). Coincidentally, 10.02 is the mark Bromell opened both his 2015 and 2014 seasons with. Can he blast out of the blocks for a sub-10 performance this year? After his monumental 2015 outdoor season and phenomenal 2016 indoor season, Bromell is on another level in his first year of professional competition. He opened up his outdoor season with a 20.30 (-0.3) on April 9. ...
