Is That Him?! Ryan Hall Gains 40 Pounds of Muscle Since Retiring
Hall told Erin Strout of Runner's World that he's been weightlifting six days a week, and even provided his strength workouts.
"I've been small and weak my entire life--just, like, totally underdeveloped," Hall told Runner's World. "I've always wondered what it would feel like to be big and strong." With a strict lifting and nutritional regime (a 3,500 caloric intake per DAY!), Hall is enjoying putting on the pounds and showing off his new body.
The 2:04 marathoner was the focus of the FloFilm series RESURRECTION before retiring at the age of 33 in January.
