During the offseason, most runners are putting in the miles on the road and/or the gym. And when your arms and shoulders get sore, try these methods of release with the Triggerpoint MB5 roller. Your body will thank you.

Unlock Tight Shoulders

Having tight pectoral and lat muscles could increase tension in your neck, back and obviously shoulders. The MB5 roller massage ball can release tightness and help speed up the recovery process.

Release Tight Lats

The latissimus dorsi specifically may need some more work. Use the MB5 roller before you go to the gym to help reduce fatigue while working out; And use again as a part of your cool down to "flush out" metabolic waste accumulated during your activity. The release method isn't meant to be relaxing, so don't be shocked if it's a little painful. The MB5 roller will be your best friend in due time.
