Both BYU and Colorado sat out some of their top five, and both teams weren't going all out. Both are good teams, and I expect it to be a close race at Nationals. I wouldn't put to much stock into what happened at the Mountain Regional. |

From "Hurdling" I mean Mr. Wacker was jumping over cart paths much like a hurdler would jump the obstruction in their path. ....... and no, everybody in the race was not doing the same. |

no big deal

I feel like winning Notre Dame and getting second at Wisco is a lot better than "normal" previous years for a "normal" byu team. I'm not saying that they're going to beat OSU or Wisco but I think they have more of a chance than people are giving them. |

I think people forget last year so quickly. There are 11 teams that finished ahead of BYU at nationals that return the same number of guys or more. BYU could be top 5 or not even top 10, this year is just really deep |

BYU good but not that good

They sat a solid 4th and a meaningless 7th big deal. Bosshard will more than make up the difference as CU #1 last year at nats. Colorado is much more disciplined in peaking. BYU is notorious for winning early season meets and bombing when it counts. Great tradition as an almost power house. |

What do you mean by saying Wacker was hurdling cart paths? Wasn't everyone in the race doing the same? Also, out of curiosity, who did OSU sit at regionals? |

Contrary to what the article states, Steve Flint and Spencer Hanson won't be running at nationals but will be replaced by Alden Bahr (48th last year) and Tylor Thatcher, the normal 4/5 men, both of whom were in the lead pack with Dunbar, Kipchumba, and Osoro for most of the race at conference. |
