Workout Wednesday Season 9: Train With World Champions

You saw the Americans dominate World Relays this past weekend, now watch the workouts that helped Team USA get to the top! Several of the gold medalists from the Bahamas have been featured this season on WOW, each with their own unique approach to training. This is how champions train:

BEN BLANKENSHIP
Ben Blankenship and Oregon Track Club teammate Ciaran O'Lionaird flirt with mile race pace at altitude. Ben anchored the world record DMR in a 3:51 1600m split.

ROBBY ANDREWS
Andrews links up with his college coach, Jason Vigilante, after a long haitus from the track. Robby anchored the World Championship 4x800m in Nassau.

RYAN BAILEY
Under unfortunate travel circumstances, we caught up with Ryan Bailey after the Texas Relays as he prepares for the Penn and World Relays. Bailey anchored the championship 4x100m beating Usain Bolt and Team Jamaica.

CASIMIR LOXSOM
An oldie, but goodie! Cas Loxsom and Brooks Beast teammate Katie Mackey tune up for the 2014 European track circuit. Cas was a member of the World Championship 4x800m squad. We actually have two workouts with Cas...

KYLE MERBER
In the latest episode, Kyle Merber and the NJ*NY Track Club mix strength and speed while altitude training this winter. Kyle ran the 1200m leg in the world record DMR in the Bahamas.

MAGGIE VESSEY
Not all work is done on the track. We catch up with Maggie Vessey in Los Angeles as she takes us through her strength workout routine. Watch Workout HERE
