Pick the Top 3 and Win a Car.

Mary and the NYRR have done quite a bit for our sport. I was in Cali this weekend talking to Jorge Torres and he mentioned how Mary and the NYRR donate funds to their group in Boulder and how appreciative he was for their help. Athletes need coaches but coaches need to get paid and a lot of the times our runners have a hard time surviving it is hard for the coaches. That is why a lot of the coaches need to be coaching on the college level bc they need some form of income. The NYRR not only do great things like support our running groups they also do things to promote our sport and to get our athlete's names out to the public. The NYRR did it again this year with www.pickandrive.com. You have two chances to win a Toyota Prius. It is pretty simple, just hit the website and pick your top 3. So tell your friends and family to go online and help the cause. We need to think outside the box to get people excited about our sport and we need to support the people that are busting their butt for running.

Say, Phil is really a cool dude if he can facilitate Mark's writing correctly when it comes to grammar and spelling......Phil, I am behind you. Maybe the Flocast powers that be can offer you an internship in editing....What do you think, Mark?.
