A movie capturing the entire 3 month season of the Campolindo Boys and Girls Cross Country team. I'm not really expecting this to win, mainly due to its length... all 3 hours and 44 minutes. But I just wanted to put the movie on here for all to see. The movie includes every race run that season, for example Mt. Sac, Clovis and of course the State Meet. The reason for the extremely long length of the feature is because I took the camera with me for every trip and I wanted to really set the mood of the season and give the viewers a strong understanding of the team and just how awesome of a year it was.
I started this project in the summer of 2005 and did not finish it until the summer of 2007, so you can see how the editing slowly improves as I became more comfortable with Final Cut.
Watch it all at once, watch it in parts or don't watch it at all. But if you do I hope you enjoy it!

On November 3rd, Brooks-Hanson runners showed up at the Olympic Trials ready to run. It was not the first time they saw the tough Central Park Course. On October 1st, they ran there very important 26.2 km simulator run. We were there both days. Enjoy.

I previously submitted this to flotrack a few months back before the Olympic Trials Marathon. It's a Peter Gilmore work out at Crystal Springs (just south of San Francisco) where he runs a 10 mile tempo alternating pace between each 800 from 2:25 to 2:35. Enjoy.

This is a video of the 2007 Cross Country National Championship races held in Boulder CO. I was coaxed into flying out to Boulder from California by my former teammates and friends Dave Monico and JT Service (who competed in the race). For some reason they thought I could do an ample job of capturing the race and turning it into a polished product. After about 8 months of learning an editing program and two atempts at this video this is the finished product. Hope you all like and I look forward to your feedback.
