…the bingo game’s about to roll. This is one of my favorite calls of Pittsburgh Hockey
broadcaster Mike Lange, who pulls this out of his multitude of expressions when
Mario "Le Magnifique" lit up the net back in the day or the way Sid
the Kid does now. It also
accurately describes my next couple weeks of training leading up the USATF
Outdoor Track and Field Championships. I have had my most consistent workouts the past 3 weeks then I have ever
had before. I have averaged 99 miles per week over the past 13 weeks. And have
run a new outdoor 5k personal best, running the last 7 and a half laps alone
after having a pacer for the first 2 kilometers. Now it is time to just put it all together for a track 10k.
