Wednesday was the first day of the Burlingotn All Comer Track meets. I wanted to run the mile, but found myself pole vaulting the whole night instead. I made a personal best of 13 ft. Yahoo! I awoke to a lot of sore joints that I'm not sure I would have gotten from just running the mile. I hope a three hour vault practice substutes a long run workout day 'cause I still gotta run more if I want to be in shape for the 10k at the Berry Dairy Days this Saturday. I hope to see a lot of Burlington XC runners there!
