Hey i need opinions! so ive been running for about 9 months now. ( i do cross country and track) i usually take a season off running and wrestle.. Wrestling makes me a lot more musculer, which is great but i get a lot slower for track... But i just recently got shin fractures, im thinking of joining the swim team so i could still get training in.. what do you think i should do, wrestle, (which i m pretty good at) or swim until i heal up and start running again.. i was planing on running all year long, i cant now that im injured, what should i do!?
