Hey Flotrack! It's been a while. I finally feel comfortable investing time in regular running, so I'm turning again to my favorite tracking website for help staying in routine!! 

First run in months yesterday was desperately needed after a stressful weekend, even if the freezing temperatures kind of cramped my style a little. Felt good to get back out there and remember what winter running feels like! But my legs are hurting today, so I'll be toning it down a bit I think. Eventually I'd like to get back to where I can run and stretch and lift and condition the same way I did when I was competing... and then I'd like to get back into some great spring 5ks. Mary out
