M - 72 minutes at Big Gulph w/ Chris & Robbie, then 4x100 barefoot strides. Wore HR monitor just to see. At 160+ for the entire last half of run, 170 going up some hills, 180+ when we did some frisbee sprinting. 10 miles? (7:12 avg)

T - 38:38 @ 135-145. 5 miles? (7:42 avg)

W - 8 miles total. 2 mi w/u (HR was high - around 150), 4x100 strides, then one 800 in 2:26. HR reached 189 by the end of the interval and it felt pretty tough so I bagged the workout. 10 min easy, then 28 minute run w/ Jesse followed by 6x100 strides.

Th - off

F - 4 miles total. 2.5 mile run plus strides, then 1 mile cooldown.

Sa - 4.25 miles total. 800 race in 1:56.13. Hell yeah. Won my heat. Approaching pr.

Su - 10 miles in 70 minutes (7 min pace). Picked it up at parts, toward the end timed mile on the track in 5:58.
