It sucks...a lot. But I feel a lot better now after struggling for the past 2 weeks. NEVER fall behind on eating well and getting good sleep. It can easily allow illness to get into you. The end of the season wasn't what I wanted at Cornell. I had been sick all day with a stomach virus or something, and it really set me back the last 2 weeks of training. After a weekend of lockdown and not doing anything but rest however, I feel a lot better and ready to go. more »

I feel that as of now I am really starting to focus more on what is important outside of regular practice hours in order to succeed. I am eating a lot healthier and lighter so that I can get into better shape. My fitness level needs to improve a lot more than it is right now for me to do well on workouts. I have also been starting to do 3 to 4 morning runs of 30 minutes per week to get my distance up. This will definitely help me to be more fit when it comes time for me… more »
