It sucks...a lot. But I feel a lot better now after struggling for the past 2 weeks. NEVER fall behind on eating well and getting good sleep. It can easily allow illness to get into you.

The end of the season wasn't what I wanted at Cornell. I had been sick all day with a stomach virus or something, and it really set me back the last 2 weeks of training. After a weekend of lockdown and not doing anything but rest however, I feel a lot better and ready to go.
