It's time to get serious!

So, I recieved an interesting email from noneother than Mike Morgan today. It was informing me that Blackheath Golf Club has an unlimited weekday golf pass for $600. That's very interesting, because Brian Sell's great uncle- George W. Bush is cutting me a check for $600 here in the near future. What better way to stimulate economics than by stimulating the local Rochester economy. I'm just doing my part, right? Now, the big concern is this. Two years ago, I could drive a golf ball 300 yards. Not every time, but 50/50. And don't say I'm full of crap, because Bob Busquart, Mike Morgan, Ryan Sheehan, and assorted others have seen me crush a golf ball. However, usually it's followed with a very crappy approach or missed eagle putt. But, hey, when I'm done running I'll get on the PGA tour. Getting back, Last year I went golfing maybe two or three times. I wasn't very good at all. I don't want to spend $600 to play crappy golf on a nice course. Plus, I have new fly fishing rod and plenty of trout to catch. Where the hell and I going to get enough time to do all of this? It's time to get serious about this! Fishing, golf, barbeques, the Belle Tire Concert Series. Let summer begin!

After 30 years of running, I'm breaking down and looking towards golfing..maybe...I played once back in 1975, it seemed fun..I think.
Then, when i was unemployed, I used to go to the local golf course, walk out of bounds and find golf balls, then sell them for 50 cents a piece.
it was like easter egg hunting everyday.
i'd rather run.

I am a PGA Golf Professional, stick to running. If I had your running talent I would, although $600 for a membership these days is a steal Remember, drive for show putt for dough! Good luck this year!
