Went a bit crazy

So today I knew I had to run at least 3...and i ended up running 5. And then I got off the treadmill, and proceeded to do 15 pushups. Then I did crunches until my stomach burned and lost count. Then I tried a few leg and arm excercise I saw in a fitness magazine. Then I did more pushups. Then more crunches. And then I did toe touches on a soccer ball. At that point, I figured that maybe I should be spending a bit of time on the papers I have to write for tomorrow (which I still haven't worked on) so I came upstairs.
