The one thing I love the most about training for a brand new season that is coming up is that you get to start from square one. The beginning. Last year was full of achievements. I got prs in the 200, 300, 400 and in the 4x400 meter relay. broke the 400 indoor school record and the 4x4 for outdoor, and got to run at ECACs and the Penn Relays! As fantastic as last year was, it is over and a new season is coming up. Its time to push everything that was done aside and start on a clean slate.

XC 2009 is starting up soon. I've been running a lot--probably the most ive ever run during the summer building that strong base. This season is going to be epic I can feel it. Pre-season starts up in four weeks and I am excited to train with the team again. I am even more focused for the coming year than last year which is exciting! I suppose every year I am more determined and focus than the previous. If thats true, then this season should be a wonderful one and I cannot wait to race again!
