Track and Field Blogs - Tyson Jex

When at first you get a new coach, it is kind of a weird feeling because you don't know if your going to mesh with how he coaches. But, I have never been a high mileage. I thought that my body would fall apart after time, but now with all of the mileage that I have been putting in my body feels fine. I feel like i'm in the best shape of my life and its only going to get better. The intervals seem easy but tough at the same time. I have already pr'd twice and I plan on running that way the whole season. But I know that only the best is yet to come. Well until next time, PEACE!
