Track and Field Blogs - Tyson Jex

The titel actually has nothing to do with what I'm going to blog about, I just couldn't think of anything clever so I just put that down. I thought that I was getting better shape but this week just threw me for a loop. The pain that I have felt in workouts has been really tough to take both physically and mentally. I know that me doing nothing during the summer would hurt me but I actually felt like I was getting back into the shape that I wanted to be but after this week. I think that I may just need a few more weeks until I can actually hang with the big boys and just go for it. I think the altitude may have something to do with my training but I'm not going to blame it on that because its my own fault that I'm not in shape. Hopefully the next time I blog that I will be feelig better and running will be better.
