This week, after running the NY marathon, I'm just taking time off to recover and relax my over worked muscles. All I've been doing is stretch, and I've been eating a lot of veggies and fruits, I'm getting quite hungry since the marathon. I cant wait to get back in workout mode and find the next adventure!
