Well it has been a while since I regailed uniterested people about the story of my adventures. Anyhoo I ran Boston got sick doing a glycogen depletion phase that I always do before the marathon but still was forced to finish cuz my darling Sarah was waiting on the other end and I had a ring in my glove to deliver to her. Plus my mom and my grandparents from Oregon and Sarah's parents were there as well.

So my beautiful and extremely patient love and I are going to get married March 6th in Kona Town Hawaii. All nice people are invited. What can I say about Sarah except that she is the only love of my life and that she's seen me through everything.

Now I'm in albuquerque hanging with some good buds that I use to run against in San Diego Chris Houghton, Jesse Armijo, and Dustin Hicks. I have a lot of good roommates who work at Heart and Sole. My training is going great and I know I'm going to tear it up at the 20k in New Haven and that will be en route to another equally good performance in NYC, or at least if the the gods of running do see fit to grant these wishes. I'll do the usual goat sacrifice to the dark lord, just joking, kick my own ass in training and I know it will go my way.

On top of all these things I get to live and train in the wonderful Sandias and I have all of the usuall venues as well a dirt track an easy job a gym and a great guy to go to for advice Henry Rono who always is in a good mood and lifts your spirits everytime you meet him. My greatest mentor Robert Jay Birmingham who saw me through to 2:18 in NYC at the trials is also behind me so away we go I guess. Plus kudos to Bob Scwhelm who provides all the backing an equally passionate runner who is shooting for the masters world record in the marathon at Chicago this guy is a relentless dog in practice and I can't thank him and Bryn Mawr Running Co enough for being my sponsor.

Also good luck to my buds out there Reneau, Gallo, Eggelston, Rizzo, Arciniaga, Morgan, Toad, Moldy, Luke and all of the Hanson's dudes.

Well hope all of you are training real hard out there, have a good one!
