Track and Field Blogs - David Flaugher

After freezing my foot and ankle into submission I decided that it was time to test it out. What better way to do that then to set out on an 8 mile run in 18º weather. I dont think it was one my brighter ideas, and it would probably have brought harsh criticism from me should it have been one of you. But... there ya go. And like anyone would say - "it wasnt really that bad!". Pretty nice run culminating with Hot Chocolate served the way I like it with too high a powder to water ratio. You know, where it leaves the little clumps of chocolate powder and when you hit one its like a taste explosion!
