OK, so Im not supposed to run (as directed by a DR), but I did anyway. Please dont do as I do.

But I ran tonight and it wasnt nearly as bad as last night. I still have the MRI coming up. But my new thought is "go until I cant go".

Ran the Tempo run with AHS tonight and it wasnt all that bad, It only hurt half the time (when my right foot hit the ground). But it felt pretty good to see Olivia run so well. (over 2 minutes off her previous best Tempo Run). Maybe that made it hurt less :)
