That was a hard three days. Set up began on Thursday with course striping and other markings. Then Friday it was time to put up the ropes before the evening races. There really is a tremendous amount to be done before such a big race. I always ask myself, " is it worth it?". With Andy out of Trinity I have no direct attachment to the team. So it is a very valid question.

After its all over and I have had time for my feet to stop hurting, I always come back to yest. Its definitely worth it. It is exciting to be part of the oldest (and best IMHO) meet in the state. (take that Michael Blum). Tons and tons of PR's. Amy Stamon coming back from a hip problem. Allison not passin out. Michael Blum wow. ZacK 17:24? Sara D, youre knocking on sub 19. Caterina, Casey et al, great job.

Thanks to all the helpers (JJ, Connor, Max, Charlie, TC) you are the best at what you do. (I dont really know what you do, but they always say something like that on TV).
