Today I ran with my friends John (Whisman, hence the Wizz Man) and Gary. John is in good shape, and I paid the price for that. We were at my tempo pace before the first half mile. Then it got faster. But he is a lot of fun to run with, even if it did hurt.

I think it is very ironic that the on again off again UL basketball player is named Caracter. It turns out that he is quiet a Character. I hope Terrance Farley wakes up today and is a lot better than before he went to sleep. A LOT BETTER. Maybe the Professor can put him in training.

Bobby Petrino HAH!. Leaving after less than 1 season. UL looks pretty good right now huh Bob? I just hope that Chris Redmon remains on the roster after Bobby "the Abandoner" Petrino runs away again. Makes a guy want to be a CAT fan. Nah, just kidding.
