Hello again everyone!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING! Sorry for taking so long to blog again. Well, I have not been up to much other than training. It has been going well, I feel very strong right now in my fitness. I have been training in Washington, but I came home to Dallas for the next six weeks. I’m so happy to be home and spend this time with my family.
I’m actually at my Aunt’s house right now smelling the Thanksgiving food cooking!! Every thanksgiving morning for the past six years my family and I run in the Turkey Trot.… more »

Hello again! I’m back in Pullman Washington to start my training for the ’08 season. I had about a month off, and that could have been the fastest month ever!! After the competition I learned more than I could have ever imagined. Me and my coach walked… more »

I arrived in Japan a couple days ago. We are about an hour outside the city right now, in Rinku town. I got on Japan time almost automatically, and I also have felt great in pratices even the day right after travel.
Well yesterday me and a couple teammates took the train into downtown Osaka, it is about a 45 min train ride. We walked around the streets for a while with no direction and decided to head back to the train station after a while. On our way back we saw an interesting little side street and decided… more »

It's Sunday and packing for Osaka begins! After competing at the US Championships I never thought this time would arrive. I leave Wednesday morning at 5:30 am. I'm not a morning person at all, but I'm feeling I will be that morning! This has been an amazing time for me. I graduated from Washington State in May, and I'm now proudly representing Asics. I feel so blessed that I can pursue my dreams.
Since the US Championships I've been training very hard and feel faster and stronger than ever. I have for sure gone through tough days since then.… more »
