Hello again! I’m back in Pullman Washington to start my training for the ’08 season. I had about a month off, and that could have been the fastest month ever!! I spent time with my family and spent a little time shopping…well a lot of time. Today a 3:00 I start my first workout for the season and it is about a 4 mile run up many hills (that I consider mountains) on the WSU campus. Right now I will just be doing base training like repeat hill work outs, bleachers, and distance runs. I will also be lifting and starting minimal technique work. It is in the mid sixties here which I think is unbelievably perfect for training right now, but that will drop fast!! Well, not much else going on here, I will update on how fall training goes and I’m predicting I might have some good stories for you ( I tend to get sick a lot on these kinds of workouts.. let’s just say I have a bit of a sensitive stomach). Well good luck with everyone’s training!

Hey, I was a decat as Idaho State, but injuries got the best of me then I just shifted to the 400 hurdles. Thats the best about being a multi theres always an event waiting for ya. I was wondering if your still at WSU and training and if your sister is still training?

Hey Diana--I could've sworn I saw you walking in downtown Seattle last week; the funny thing was that right before I got in my car, I ran into Tamara Diles at the NikeTown Seattle parking garage!

Hope all is well--btw, I have some photos of you from Osaka; hit me up and I'll get them to you!
