Track and Field Blogs - Chaz [Charlie Hammon]

Today I had my second track practice for HT. I also had one monday but I was sick so I didn't run much. Today I felt really good though. We ran a half mile warm up with some stretches in it. Then we ran a mile. Zack, Max, and I stayed togther all up until the last 200. We went slow. We all got between 6:06 and 6:18. Then Zack, Max, and I did a mile and a half slow run while everyone else was doing shot put and hurtles. It felt good. After that we did 4x100's. We did 3. My relay team was Zack and two other kids. We did pretty well. I don't know what our time was but we were first out of the team. Now I have to study for some tests tom.
