Track and Field Blogs - Chaz [Charlie Hammon]

Yesterday was city at St. X's awsomely cool track. I ran the mile first. I didn't feel that great during it but my time was 5:28 so I am pretty happy with it. Then I warmed up with Zack and Thomas. Then we ran the 800 and I had to be in heat 2 bc I think my coach put the wrong time in. So I had a really bad bc I was running with the dude that got 2 until the second lap. But I ended up first in my heat. Then Zack and I and two other people ran the 4x100. We did pretty good but we didn't get top 4 I don't think. But overall I am pretty happy with my mile and kinda mad about my 800 time but happy with my performance in the race. Afterwards I went home and basically went to sleep because I was really tired.
