Track and Field Blogs - Chaz [Charlie Hammon]

Well today I actually did something. First when I woke up I went and ran but my ankle and knee was hurting so I stopped. But then my friend called me up to see if wanted to run to a park and back. So I decided I would go bc I wasn't sure if my ankle and knee would hurt. I felt really good, my knee hurt a tad but not that bad. We ran 3 miles which was really good for my friend Lucas bc he broke his leg and it was his first time running over like a mile. Then I went to my friends pool with a bunch of friends. We played a bunch of basketball and swam a little. But it was fun pushing everyone in the pool bc it was really cold. Then I went home with my friend from the pool. We played guitar hero and just chilled. Then my dad got me and I went home and now I might play bball with my friend and his soccer friends.
