Track and Field Blogs - Chaz [Charlie Hammon]

Today I have been doing nothing but read and do my science fair project. Well I decided I was going to clean out my spikes a little more. I started taking the spikes out on the couch but decided to do it on the stairs outside so Icould shake the dirt out. Well i was cleaning the hole you put the spike in, whatever you call that, and the spike fell, hit the stairs, and went into the grass. I went and got some shoes on to look for it. When I got out there I started tearing up the grass and stuff but I couldn't find it anywhere. I decided to give up. When I was going up the stairs I looked over the railing and saw something shiny, so I went to go see what it was. All it was was water reflecting from the sun. Well I decided to look a little more; nothing. I went back up the stairs and looked over the railing again, I saw a patch of grass and I said to myself, it must be in there. So I looked in it but it wasn't there. Right before I left I just looked under some grass and there it was! I truly am amazing.
