Today in school I learned stuff. Well I am going to just skip to the point, I had the worst cross country practice of my life tonight. It was terrible. I had a bad cramp like right unger my rib cage which felt like a knife going into me. My knee hurt and I just couldn't run for some reason. It was maddening (not sure how to spell that?) I really feel bad because I didn't do the entire work out and I am mad at myself and think I should have to sleep outside tonight. After cross country practice I went to bball practice and felt kind of bad but a little better. I didn't do so bad in bball, I nailed my free throws (some of them) Well today just wasn't my day.
