We had a great day yesterday to run. The 11 runners who showed up(4 girls and 7 boys) were treated to an beautiful lake with a 1.8 mile trail around it. There were plenty of neighborhoods to explore. After the run I treated the team to Panera Bagels(Cinnamon Crunch are the best), gatorade, water, and chocolate milk. We continue this Saturday morning run tradition in 2 weeks down at Quail Hollow in Hartville(Sarina's neck of the woods). Future Saturday runs will be at Buckeye Woods in Medina County and off of Quick Road at the sleding hill in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
