What a great morning for those Irish XCers that decided to take part in the 1st annual Pancake Run at Quail Hollow Park in Hartville. The group assembled at 9 am at the park which is nearby Colleen Conrad, Sarina Caponi, and Sam Stacks homes.

The sun was a blazin' and the bugs were a buzzn' but the group survived the 60 minute run for they new that chocolate chip pancakes were in their near future.

After the run we all got into our vehicles and traveled to the Caponi's where we were treated to pancakes, juice, gatorade, and chocolate milk. The Caponi's were amazing hosts.

After the pancakes the team headed over to the nearby park for synchronized teeter totting.

What a glorious way to start the day.
