What a glorious day we had today in running the 9th annual Matt Kauffman Memorial 5K. We had 90 total participants in both the 5K and 1 mile runs. The coaches are proud of the performances in today's 5K. On the guys side the Irish were well represented by Tyler Tomazic, Ian Walsh, Landon Davis, and Jacob Swords. On the girls side Emily Tomei led the way for the Irish girls followed closely by a herd of girls(Courtney Kovach, Maria Arnone, Sarina Caponi, and Anna Mion). Today the girls separation between the #1 to #5 girls was only 67 seconds. This is the pack running that we have been preaching. I've posted the results of the entire race in the Team Files.
