Today is the official day that I have been training in Vermont with Ryan and Steve for a week, and it is already more awesome than I expected. Every day we run on trails and or dirt roads that go on for miles and can be rather hilly, and at night Brother Bob, who has been gracious enough to host us, cooks us delicious meals. For me its almost like living at home except I have people to train with and much better places to run. The weathers been pretty rainy and cool mostly, which isnt bad for running, but doesnt make for the most eventful between run time which is mostly spent playing Mario Cart, ping pong, airhockey, foosball, or shooting Ryans recently purchased, mini crossbow. The weather hasnt been good enough where we can sneak on to the golf course to play a few holes in the evening when everyone leaves, but we have all summer. Im hoping that training continues to go as well as it has been and that it will be a starting point to a great season.
