Well, a lot has happened since my last post. My wife and I have a newborn. His name is Khadevis ZION Robinson. He is amazing but stubborn as heck. I have been lucky that my wife is very particular so she is willing to do almost everything. All I have to do is work, run, cook, clean, go shopping, wash clothes, pay the bills, run errands, follow her instructions and follow his instructions. Besides that, it is all smooth sailing. I LOVE IT. As far as training is concerned, things are going well. I was actually injured all of last year and part of 2006. I went back and evaluated my career and realized I have not had many seasons in which I was healthy the entire time. Last year I got my MRI at the end of December and found out I would be able to run in January. I started to really start to do some decent workouts in January and February, and the amazing thing is that I ran 1:44.2 This year I have to focus on staying healthy and not overtraining. I can say that at this point I feel better then I felt in June and July of last year. I can actually do core and I can tun over f I want to truly sprint. So I am pretty confident that if I do not stress out, I can have a good season. I have kept the things that work and eliminated the things that does not. My coach and I have always thought this year and the next 3 would be my best years because I am a late bloomer and my body is just now adopting to the workouts and s strong again from my hernia surgery from years past. So I feel if i stay healthy I can pursue what my coach think i can do, Challenge all of the accomplishment and records he set. I have to keep everything in perspective, focus on making the team and figure out how to make it to the Final at the Championships. That seem to be what is tough for me, making the final. It is a wall and barrier for me. Yet, barriers are there to see how badly we want it. They are there to keep the one's that do not want it enough out. The barriers are not there for us who want it bad enough, they are there fr the other people.
Remember, "There are no Ordinary Moments".
P.S. Who is JOHN GALT?

congrats! And if you can go wire to wire and run 1:43 you belong in that final in Beijing. Stay healthy and get in there.
