Well, I am in Osaka now. I have been here 3 days and I have done 2 good workouts and one easy day. My first workout day was just a blow out for my legs. I did a couple of 150's and some 200's on 24. My easy day was a long run about 45 minutes easy. Then today I did a little tougher and faster workout. It was so hot when I did it. I have tried to keep up with my core strength so I do some core stuff either in the morning or evening. My workout went well. Everything was race pace bit it was tough because it was sooooo ot and humid. I thought I would adapt being from Texas but I am glad I learned early that I have to really prepare myself for it. I try to just have good workouts, rest, relax, get treatment and focus on what I need to do for my race. My race is still a wek away so I have time to prepare. The key is to just go in with confidence and run your race at the best of your ability. Yesterday, Myself, Terrence trammel, Angelo taylor, Jamie Nieto, Sheena Johnson, Lolo Jones, and a couple of other guys went to the Osaka castle. It was neat to seeand experience the history here in Japan. We had a good time without doing too much and being on our feet too much. I am currently reading 2 books. Atlas Shrugged which is by Ayn Rand and Do You by Russell Simmons. Atlas Shrugged is suppose to be one of the best books ever written, and dome day it is even better than her other famous book Fountainhead. I will let you know what I think. Do you is good because i like those types of books. Either way, I am just really trying to do everything possible to run my best here. Cheer me on. Remember, " There are no Ordinary Moments". We can take the blue one or the red one. You pick.
K.D.

Who is John Galt?! Way to go K.D. I know it might feel like you have the weight of the world on your shoulders like the titan on the cover of your book, but you've got 300Million Americans back home to support you. When it comes time to choose between the blue and the red one... Don't take either, we don't need another doping scandal! ;)
