Track and Field Blogs - Leonel Manzano

Hey guys, so this is our second day at the Zap fitness center. This is a great place to come relax and get away from the city. The fresh air is amazing and the temperture is about 30' degrees cooler than it is in Texas.
It has now been been close to about 8 weeks since the world championships, and I have now been training for about 3 weeks for Cross-country. Even though Cross might not be my strong point in running, I am really looking forward to having a great season, and getting back into good race shape. The first couple days of training were a little difficult but now it seems to be progressively getting better. My training is finally catching up to the rest of my teammates. We are running at the Appalachian State Invitational tomorrow and we are all looking forward to a good season opener.
