Today i had a really good work out.

This is for all of you that are intrested in what i do before a race.

2min warm up, stretch 15min, drills, 15 warm up

3by 1k, 2:47, 248, 2:52

then i had a build up 100-15 sec add two sec every 20m up to 180m

15min cool down

Hurdle drills

Tomorrow will be fun we are going back into Down town Dalian deeper than we went last time so im sure it will be an adventure.

Come on Manzano.Im sure there is a lot more than 3 1k's and a little warmup and cool down you do. That workout will take 30 mins. if that. Don't hold out on us!

Leo, I love you Man,but what the heck is that workout.I understand the 3 by 1k.But what is the warm-up,cool-down and recovery.For us track afficinados we'd like to know.At least I would.I've added the 10x300 meter hill workout vig had you doing a couple of months ago to my training getting ready for the North Carolina Senior Games Championship.Let me know in your next blog.Peace out.Rob.
