Hey guys, I just got done packing for Osaka. Its been a busy day. Finished with summer classes and ended the day with a good work out. Well more like a time trial. Ran an 800m somewhere in the midst of 1:45. I felt good, ive really been hitting the strength/weight training and i think im in the best shape of my life.
I leave for Osaka Tomarrow morning..
C ya from Osaka!!!

Well, I wish Poncho would have told me you were doing that 800 last night cause I would have come by to see you run 1:45. Good luck and give em hell Leo. We'll be watching and waiting for you back here in Austin.

My kids and I have watched the 1,500 National Championship race like 15 times now (gotta love the DVR) and my kids are always jumping up and down when Webb drops the hammer, but they always comment on how that "Texas guy" seems to just come out of nowhere to grab 2nd place. Good luck in Osaka Leo, do the U.S. proud!!!
