Karlskona, Sweden: I have arrived in Sweden after 40 some hours of travel. It was kind of crazy, I left Perth at 5 pm and took a 6 or 7 hour flight to kuala Lampur. I arrived at 10 pm KL time and had a flight at 9 Am so I crashed at the airport until my flight to Stockholm. That flight was 13 hours, which was hard, I arrived in Stockholm two days after I left Perth at 2:30 pm, but when I arrived to my surprise I had to take another flight at 6pm to Ronnerby and then an hour bus to Karlskrona. So you can say I was a little out of it.

Well enough from across the pond I wanted to encourage people to get their cameras out this weekend. Who knows, you might capture an amazing race that could win you a trip to Beijing with TrackandFieldTours.com For example, Galen Rupp breaking four in Seattle, the great men's and women's mile in NY, a blazing 60 at IU, or any race or interview from around the country. We are our own Track and Field promotions media co. and community. If we don't do it, then who will? lets film races, do play by play and interviews, Upload them to the Beijing contest and let people in Seattle watch the meet in Alabama and New York and the people in Indiana watch the meet at the UW in Seattle. Lets not forget the great HS action either............. Basically Im out of the country and I want to see these races to. So get your cameras out and your cheezy Galen Rupp and Pre comparisons ready or your best one liners polished, like, "How can McAdams run that fast? He looks like a wrestler." bc this is going to be a grrreeaat weekend!
