Today's video is from Seth Webinger a runner for UW Lacrosse. Seth is red shirting this season so he decided to chronicle his team's 2007 XC season and we are excited to show his shows. We will have a couple other teams doing the same thing and I encourage anyone and everyone to pick up a camera and show how life on your team is like. If you are red shirting, a team manager, a runner who is good with a camera, or just like to video contact us if you want to have your shows on Flotrack. We think it will be cool to see the difference between XC and track at UW Lacrosse, a Cali high school and the Melbourne milers club.
