My teammates and I just spent the last ten days in Florida. It was a nice change from the Michigan weather we had been running in the last few months. I think we are pretty much ready for any type or weather that can come our way on Sunday. It was nice to get some good footing in and I think that helped our conifidence. We just got to our hotel in Boston last night. After working at the expo, the race has started to become more and more real. It's exciting to see all the other runners and see how their training has been going. It's also great to have so many spectators are here for one event. I'm excited to see how things turn out on Sunday. Good luck to everyone and thanks to all the spectators that will be their to watch us.

Hi Melissa,

I don't know how often you check this blog, it looks like not for a while, but I just saw a picture of you in Runner's World this morning, from the Olympic marathon trials. I recognized you right away and looked you up when I got online. I knew you had been running professionally, but that's amazing, congratulations!! I'm racing a ton of triathlons in California and I love them. I did a 2 mile ocean swim race yesterday which was a lot of fun. I like the shorter tri's though. Actually the "aquathlon" is my absolute favorite, just a swim/run. It's great out here for all of the outdoor things, scuba diving, surfing and racing, but I'm moving back to NYC in a week to go back to school. Send me an email if you want at , and congratulations again!!
